Mr. Dilip Kumar Saha ...for the petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharya ...for the DPSC, 24 Parganas (North) The petitioner participated in the recruitment process of 2009 conducted by the District Primary School Council, 24 Parganas (North). The Written examination was taken on 26.08.2012 and interview was taken on 22.11.2014. The petitioner was empanelled and the result was published in 2021. However, the petitioner's result is withheld though the petitioner submits that all documents she produced before the interview board for verification.

Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate for the DPSC, 24 Parganas (North) has submitted that all the RW list i.e. result withheld list of 29 candidates have already been sent to the Commissioner of School Education by the DI's letter dated 13.06.2022 regarding this, but no decision has yet been taken.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education to take a decision in this regard by 30th November, 2022 and to communicate the decision to the Primary

School Council. Accordingly, the District Primary School Council will intimate the petitioner whether she is eligible for the post of Assistant Teacher in a primary school or not. This intimation is to be given by two weeks after receiving the communication from the end of the Commissioner of School Education. With this observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
