1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellants have been paid the arrear wages of one day, i.e., 01.04.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the contract casual labourers have received the arrear wages of 1st April, 2021 and has also produced the invoice report of the Food Corporation of India dated 27th September, 2023. The same is taken on record.

3. Accordingly, the appeal being FMA 1251 of 2022 along with the connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 are dismissed as infructuous.
