1. Heard the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties.

2. After careful perusal of the materials on record and considering the nature of allegation levelled and the facts and circumstances that the investigation is still going on and certain incriminating material is found, therefore, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. [Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.]
