1. This review application has been filed to review the order dated 16th January, 2024 passed in C.P.A.N. No.722 of 2023.

2. We find the direction issued in the order is to the following effect:- "3. In the light of the above, this contempt application is disposed of with a direction upon the Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Alipore to take up for hearing Misc. Case No. 35 of 2023 and after hearing both the parties, the Civil Judge shall endeavour to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of four weeks from the date on which the server copy of this order cis filed before the concerned Court."

3. As could be seen from the above direction, the learned Civil Judge was directed to make an endeavour to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks.

4. The applicant, who has filed this review application and is appearing in person submitted that till date, no order has been passed.

5. In the light of the above, we direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Alipore to dispose of Miscellaneous Case No.35 of 2023 and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of server copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment from doing so.

6. With the above observation, review application stands disposed of.

7. No costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
