Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title in the application for bail by incorporating the words as 'Resident of Sukanta Pally, Police Station Bhimpur' in place and stead of 'Resident of Sushanta pally, Police Station Krishnagar Kotwali'. Necessary amendment to the cause title of the application be made in course of the day. In the 12th line of the fifth paragraph of order dated 03.09.2019, the words 'shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the Krishnanagar Police Station once in a week until further orders.' be read as 'shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the Bhimpur Police Station once in a week until further orders.'.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 03.09.2019.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court. (Shampa Sarkar, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
