We have heard learned advocates for the contending parties. The prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected on May 02, 2024 by a coordinate Bench. In absence of any supervening circumstances, we are not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Before parting, we request the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of communication of this order.

The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2288 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
