Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in the business of manufacturing glass and chemicals. For such purpose, the petitioner purchased the coal. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police seized 7.84 metric ton of coal lying in the premises belonging to the petitioner. No person claimed the ownership of the coal.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the allegations made against the petitioner and the complicity of the petitioner in the incident and considering the fact that the investigation is still continuing, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7670 of 2021 is dismissed.
