The present revision has not been moved till date. The present revision of the year 2019 is for transfer of proceeding being Misc. Case No.275 of 2018 pending before the learned ACJM Court, Murshidabad at Kandi under Section 127 to Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum at Suri. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
