Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioner bail should be granted.

Learned Advocate for the State draws attention of the Court to the post-mortem report and contents in the case diary. Considering the nature of the injury noted in the postmortem report and considering the contents of the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 7672 of 2021 is dismissed.
