The present revision has not been moved till date. The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of proceeding being GR No.6587 of 2016 arising out of Barrackpore Women P.S Case No.130/2016 under Section 498A/325/406/34 of the IPC read with Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
