In re : WPA 17506 of 2003
The respondent / Union of India is represented. In spite of repeated posting, there is no representation for the petitioner.
The matter relates to alleged detention of a person. Though the writ petition was filed in the year 2003, we do not propose to hold this matter any further, since it has been left without due prosecution by or on behalf of the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
