In Re: CRAN 1 of 2022 So far as the conditions while releasing the petitioner on bail vide order dated December 8, 2021 for staying outside the district of Hooghly is concerned, the same is hereby waived. The petitioner would continue meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the case or any officer deputed by the Officer-in-Charge of Uttarpara Police Station once a week until further orders. The petitioner shall inform his address to the Officer-in-Charge and in case he goes outside West Bengal, he shall take permission from the Officer-inCharge of Uttarpara Police Station. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
