The present revision has not been moved till date. The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of proceeding of Criminal Misc. Case No.1878 of 2018(Suri) arising out of Criminal Misc. Case No.288 of 2018(Rampurhat) arising out of Nalhati P.S Case No.76/2018 under Indian Electricity Act, 2003. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
