Learned advocate representing the contemnor submits that unauthorized construction of telephone tower has been detected and order has been passed on April 26, 2024 by the Special Officer (Building), KMC to remove the telephone tower along with the machine room from the roof of the building after taking all precautionary measures within thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

The order dated April 26, 2024 is directed to be communicated to all the necessary parties. The parties shall take steps to act in accordance with the order. The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
