The revisional application was dismissed by the order dated July 24, 2024. The matter has been brought to the list at the instance of the learned advocate for the opposite parties for correction of the typographical errors of the said order wherein the name of the learned advocate for the petitioner has been wrongly gone down, as such be replaced with the name of the learned advocate 'Mr. Gautam Guria'. Similarly, the names of the learned advocates for the opposite parties be also replaced with the names of the learned advocates 'Mr. Soumen Gayen' and 'Mr. Sandipan Maity'. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the aforementioned corrections in the said order to the extent as indicated above, similar corrections be also carried out in the certified copies of the order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
