1. The present writ-petition has been preferred challenging the legality of a notice of an intended sale issued under Section 9(1) of The Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

2. Due to existence of an efficacious alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ-petition.

3. Accordingly, WPA 18604 of 2021 is dismissed.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching appropriate forum to have his grievances redressed.
