Learned counsel appearing for the State files a fresh report, annexing the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State further submits that all possible steps have been taken for conclusion of the investigation.

Mr. Amarendra Chakraborty, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos.4 to 6.

As necessary steps have been taken by the investigation officer, in Gazole P.S. Case No.25/2024 dated 08.01.2024 under Section 498A/325/323/326/307/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of DP Act, this writ petition may be disposed of by directing the police authorities to conclude the investigation at an earliest. The police authorities are also requested to keep sharp vigil on the petitioner to

ensure that no breach of peace takes place or no harm is caused to the petitioner.

With the above direction the writ petition being WPA 18331 of 2024 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
