Typographical error has crept into the order dated 02.09.2022, 14.09.2022, 15.11.2022 and 16.12.2022 mentioning the case No. as "FMA 669 of 2014" instead of "FMAT 669 of 2014". The case number in the aforesaid orders be read as "FMAT 669 of 2014" in place of "FMA 669 of 2014". The aforesaid orders stand modified to the above extent. Other parts of the orders shall remain unaltered.

Mr. Saidul Rahaman, learned advocate for the appellants-claimants submits that the appeal has already been disposed of by the Lok Adalat on 24th September, 2022. He files copy of the order. The copy of the order is taken on record. It appears that the appeal has been disposed of by the Lok Adalat on 24th September, 2022.

Accordingly no order need be passed.
