The revisional application was preferred for expeditious disposal of BGR Case No.2124 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore.

In view of the innocuous prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioners, I direct that if the present proceedings are yet to be disposed of, the learned Magistrate would at least fix one date in every 45 days for the purpose of the present litigation and take the same to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2304 of 2019 is disposed of.
