The matter was listed on 14.7.2022 but when the matter was called on for hearing, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and for the ends of justice the case was adjourned till date. When the matter was called again today i.e. on 02.8.2022, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation has been sought for. It reveals from the record that the parties are not interested but to proceed with the matter, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss the W.P.A. 20461 of 1999 for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
