The present revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of M.C. Case No. 71 of 2009 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Chinsurah, Hooghly, to the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Paschim Medinipur.

Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not wish to press the application. Accordingly, considering the submissions made by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners, the present revisional application is, thus, disposed of as 'not pressed'. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
