And In Re : Chandan Chakraborty ...... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes ....for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Apurba Kunmar Dutta ....for the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, two other co-accused standing on the same footing was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the Jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is involved in a racket of extracting money from the public on the promise of government job. He submits that the petitioner claims to be a government employee. There are sufficient materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner for extracting money from the public on the promise of government job. Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3842 of 2022 is dismissed.
