The present revisional application is moved praying for setting aside the order dated 05.08.2019 and all subsequent orders thereto passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Malda in relation to Criminal Revision Case No.41 of 2018(42/2018) arising out of Criminal Misc. Case No.M-18 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
