Learned advocate for the State submits that the pension payment order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and, therefore, nothing further remains in writ petition.

Learned advocate for the petitioner concedes to such submissions advanced on behalf of the State and submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 5.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 17566 of 2025 is dismissed as being infructuous.
