1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned advocate for the State is present.

2. It is seen that the petitioners remained absent on previous occasion on number of times. The respondent no.9 has filed affidavit-in-opposition way back on 7th February, 2022. The petitioners have not chosen to file their exception till date.

3. In view of the chronic absence and non-filing of the exception, it appears that either cause does not survive or the petitioners have lost interest in the proceeding. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. CAN, if any, stands dismissed.
