This appeal is arising out of an order dated 13th August, 2019. It appears that the learned Trial Court refused to extend interim order due to non-compliance of the earlier order dated 27th September, 2018. The learned Counsel for the appellant is unable to show that the reasoning of the learned Trial Judge was erroneous.

In view thereof, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Trial Court. Accordingly, the appeal being FMA 1127 of 2019 and the application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No: CAN 8422 of 2019) stand dismissed.
