The proposed amendment is formal in nature and the mistake occurred due to inadvertence.

Under such circumstances, the prayer for amendment of the cause title of the appeal is allowed and based on that, all consequential corrections may be made in the cause title and all records relate to the said appeal within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The application for amendment of cause title being CAN 3 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
