The petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 15th January, 2007 passed by the DPSC, Nadia. 2.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2007, when the writ petitioner was 59 years old. The writ petitioner must have superannuated from service by this time. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, infructuous and dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

In view of the dismissal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
