Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a victim of cheating. He also received a fake appointment letter. In response to query of the Court, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner did not lodge any police complaint with regard to the so-called fake letter of appointment due to political pressure. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is involved in a racket, where money from the public are extracted on the promise of government job and fake appointment letters were issued.

Considering the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of

the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3845 of 2022 is dismissed.
