1. The State has produced instructions of the Member Secretary and B.M.O.H, Narayangarh Block Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Belda R.H, Paschim Medinipur. The same is kept with the record.

2. A cheque for a sum of Rs.70,300/- has been handed over to the petitioner and received by her.

3. The Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur is virtually present in Court today.

4. The petitioner complains that the delays in payment are happening on regular basis.

5. The Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur, who is present in Court, has been informed that such delay should not occur in future.

6. The personal presence of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur is dispensed with.

7. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
