The petitioner's prayer for approval of his appointment forwarded through the school is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur since December 2024.

The petitioner prays for a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools to consider and dispose of the same.

As it appears that the prayer made by the school for approval of appointment of the petitioner in the institution is pending consideration for a considerable period of time, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur to consider and dispose of the prayer made by the school for approval of appointment of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A reasoned order shall be passed by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education) and communicated to the school. If required, reasonable opportunity of hearing may be granted to the representative of the school for production of all documents.

If the prayer of the school is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools without any further delay. 6.
