This writ petition was disposed of on October 4, 2018. An appeal (MAT 1400 of 2018) was preferred. The Appeal Court set aside the said order and remanded this writ petition back for hearing afresh on exchange of affidavits.

It has been submitted by learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous since the course in which the petitioner sought admission, was over during the pendency of this writ petition.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, W.P.A No. 17055 of 2018 along with CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Let urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
