1. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the materials in the Case Diary.

3. Carefully considered the content of F.I.R. and submissions made under section 180 of B.N.S.S. and also statement recorded under section 183 of B.N.S.S. of the victim girl and considering the seriousness of allegation levelled and the involvement of the petitioner being a cousin, this Court is declined to extend the benefit of section 482 of B.N.S.S.

4. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

5. Case Diary is, however, returned.
