The instant writ petition is filed making an innocuous prayer for expeditious disposal of the tribunal application pending since 2015.

Our attention is drawn to the fact that lastly the matter was fixed on 12th September 2022 and the next date is fixed on 22nd February 2023. It further appears form the certified copy of the order annexed to the writ petition that the said tribunal application is otherwise ready for final disposal and precisely for such reason the matter was fixed for hearing.

Without making any observations, we simply dispose of the instant writ petition requesting the Tribunal to consider the prayer for preponement of the date if made by the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner herein and efforts may be made to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date so fixed.
