Dinda, learned advocate, appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the Bailiff has handed over the possession of the decretal property to the decree-holder.

Consequently, the police authorities acted inconsonance with the order of a court of law, as such, there is no scope

of police excesses and/or over action.

In view of the report so submitted, I am of the opinion that the writ petition lacks any cause of action.

Accordingly, WPA 18300 of 2024 is dismissed.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
