Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would instead file a proper application on the self same grounds.

In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the self same grounds. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
