Mr. N.I.Khan Mr. Amal Kumar Mukherjee ....for the petitioner The matter has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 30th August, 2023.

In the 4th paragraph of the 1st page of the order and the 3rd and 4th paragraphs of the 2nd page of the order dated August 30, 2023 "reciprocal transfer agreement" be read as "reciprocal transport agreement".

The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 30th August, 2023.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
