1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. All the statement of the of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. is supportive of the FIR allegation. This is not a simple case of offence under Section 406 IPC as it seems but involves other facets also to the crime.

3. In view of such fact, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required necessary.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
