Mrs. Atreyee De (Ganguly) ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of two Ejectment Suits being Ejectment Suit No.21 of 2004 and Ejectment Suit No.22 of 2004, pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, is the only prayer proposed in this case.

Without any controversy, both the suits referred hereinabove are tried analogously.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the Ejectment Suits referred above, after causing disposal

of pending interlocutory application, if there be any, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

In doing such exercise, the year of institution of the suit may be taken into account, and in context therewith, the logical conclusion of the suits may be reached in a faster mode, preferably before the end of December, 2022.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate appearing in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
