Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record, inspite of service, the State is not represented.

Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Shamim ul Bari, the empanelled State advocate to represent the State respondents, their appointment be regularized, a copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Bari.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Geography at Dilakash Sufal Chandra Pal High School, Hooghly.

She applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal'. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission had recommended transfer of the petitioner to Jagacha Girls High

School, District-Hooghly but she could not join in the said school for lack of vacancy.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her prayer for re-recommendation for transfer is pending before the Commission.

The Commission is directed to consider and dispose of the said prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

W.P.A. 17971 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
