The Sub-Divisional Officer shall procure all the documents from the panchayat authorities which the panchayat authorities will serve within a week from receipt of the intimation from the Sub-Divisional Officer. Thereafter, the Sub-Divisional Officer shall proceed in accordance with law with regard to the unauthorized construction as per the observation of the panchayat, but upon following the principles of natural justice.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.
