Records filed by the alleged contemnors indicate that the alleged contemnors have complied with the order of this Court.

The gram panchayat has found the construction to be unauthorized and documents along with the findings have been sent to the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer for necessary orders.

The applicant will be at liberty to appear before the Sub-Divisional Officer with grievances, if any. Needless to mention, the Sub-Divisional Officer shall proceed in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged.
