1. Considering the statement of the mother of the victim who, prima facie, appears to have committed suicide by hanging, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Moreover, we have taken note of the fact that the victim died within three years of marriage and the mother of the victim makes specific allegation of dowry against the present petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
