Report submitted by Ms. Faria Hossain, learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that the investigation has concluded and chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and the next date has been fixed for appearance and supply of copies before the learned trial court. Accordingly, the present revisional application which is pending has become infructuous.

Petitioner would be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the Learned Magistrate under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the change of circumstances, no interference can be made in respect of the prayers so advanced before this court. The learned Magistrate is directed to independently consider the

application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without being influenced by any observations made by this court while disposing of the present revisional application. Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 2721 of 2023 is disposed of.
