Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report and submits that the police authority has already completed its inquiry and found that the petitioner has completed all the formalities of getting a loan of Rs.9,20,000/- and has transferred the same to SBI Account No.31897987107 with his due consent.

Let the report be kept with the record.

Learned counsel appearing for SBI submits that a loan was sanctioned to the petitioner on his instruction and signature and the petitioner has transferred the same to SBI Account No.31897987107.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

As the police authority has already concluded its investigation and the loan was sanctioned on completion of all the formalities by the SBI and the same has been transferred by the petitioner to SBI Account No.31897987107, therefore nothing remains in this matter.

The writ petition being WPA 18382 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
