1. This intra-Court appeal takes exception to the order dated 29th April, 2024. Learned counsel for appellant submits that his representation dated 6th September, 2023 may be directed to be decided by respondent no.2 within a stipulated period of time.

2. Learned counsel for State has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Accordingly, this petition is disposed with following directions:-

(1) The appellant shall resubmit the said representation alongwith a copy of this order before respondent no.2;

(2) In turn, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the representation, if anything requires to be done on his part.

3. With aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits, this intra-Court appeal is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
