Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the Co-operative Election Commission authority concerned for holding election in question.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 17979 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Election Commission authority concerned to expedite the election process in question of the Society in accordance with law and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
