1. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that the decision has been taken and the appointment letters are in the process of being issued to the applicants in the contempt application.

2. In view of the matter CPAN 1179 of 2024 is disposed of.

3. It is expected that the letters of appointment shall be issued within 10 days and the same shall be notified to the counsel for the applicants.

4. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
