Jurisdictional court along with the chemical examiner's report. The same was submitted on or about 10th of November, 2022.

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner regarding non-supply of the chemical examiner's report, I am of the opinion that the grievance so expressed by the petitioner in the present revisional application, has been served. As such pendency of the present revisional application is unwarranted.

The ld. Trial court would take steps for proceeding with NDPS Case no. 103 of 2021. All steps be taken for expeditious disposal of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2894 of 2022 is disposed of.
