1. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

2. The charge sheet was submitted on or about July 2006 and the prosecution in order to prove its case, relied upon 13 witnesses. But till date, no witness has been examined according to the learned advocate for the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the next date has been fixed on 4th July 2025.

3. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner that the case was initiated in the year 2006 and more than 17 years have passed, I direct that on and from 4th July 2025, the Learned Trial court would fix dates in the manner so that within 31st July 2027, the trial of the case is concluded.

4. With the above observations, the revisional application being CRR 2716 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

5. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
